GLUTENAMIN® NK

GLUTENAMIN^® NK is an easily biodegradable, natural polymer made from GMO-free organic acids, wheat and yeast protein. The product is manufactured using a low-energy process that produces minimal wastewater and gaseous emissions.

A gentle mechanical processing and thermal evaporation combined with an enzymatic hydrolysis process, preserves the natural character of the original protein and organic acids.
