PROTEIN-LMWx 10 is a Low Molecular Weight (LMW) and easily biodegradable natural polymer produced by hydrolysis of animal protein. The product is liquid, water-soluble, and consists of short-chain peptides and levorotatory (L-)amino acids. As a by-product from food production, PROTEIN-LMWx 10 is free of any residues from fungicides, pesticides, and herbicides.
