Raw materials and applications

Protein hydrolysates are versatile, multifunctional ingredients because of their technical, bioactive, and nutritional properties. Water-soluble animal protein hydrolysates are used in food production as well as in the processing and manufacture of technical and chemical products.

We recommend the use of PROTEIN PRODUCTS hydrolysates for technical applications. The raw materials we process are exclusively category III natural proteins, free of chemicals and artificial colourings, produced in EU-certified production facilities.

Our production facilities are integrated in the veterinary, animal welfare, and food hygiene network (EU-TRACES system).
